The Passepartout 2023 is a vibrant rosé made from hand-picked Zweigelt grapes from the Ried Königsberg vineyard. Spontaneously fermented and matured on the lees until bottling, it presents itself as complex, juicy, and elegant. Hot days and cool nights, as well as loess and sandstone soils, lend the wine freshness, tension, and delicate aromatics.
