The organic Gelber Muskateller 2025 from Weingut Ecker Eckhof originates from the Schlossberg vineyard in Mitterstockstall in the Wagram wine region. On a gentle southeast-facing slope with deep loess soil and a warm microclimate, the vines thrive under optimal conditions. The grapes were carefully harvested and fermented in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures to preserve the varietal-typical aromas. Maturation in stainless steel tanks emphasizes the wine's freshness, lightness, and clear fruit. A fragrant, invigorating Muskateller with lively acidity and excellent drinkability, perfect as an aperitif or for relaxed moments of enjoyment.
