Description
Description
The Blaufränkisch Ried Hochberg Mittelburgenland DAC 2021 comes from one of the classic Blaufränkisch sites around Deutschkreuz. The vines grow on mineral-rich soils, which lend the wine structure, freshness, and depth. After traditional mash fermentation, the wine matures in wooden barrels, developing spice, fine tannins, and elegant complexity. In the glass, it displays dark berries, cherries, and subtle spice notes, typical of Mittelburgenland DAC: powerful, juicy, yet balanced with a beautiful drinkability.
