The Brut Nature Sekt Austria Reserve 2019 comes from Furth bei Göttweig in Lower Austria and is a blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and Pinot Blanc. The hand-picked grapes were fermented in stainless steel tanks and then underwent traditional bottle fermentation. After 40 months of aging in the bottle and manual riddling, the Sekt is disgorged without dosage. On the palate, it presents itself as fresh and precise with delicate citrus notes and an elegant, dry style. A characterful Sekt for any occasion, from aperitif to digestif.
