The 2018 Zweigelt Icewine comes from the northeast-facing Hiesberg vineyard in Mollands at an altitude of approximately 380 meters above sea level. In 2018, the grapes were hand-harvested at a frosty −8 °C and processed immediately in the cellar. After a slow spontaneous fermentation, the wine was aged in steel tanks, preserving its elegant structure and fruity aromatics. A sweet, spicy, and mineral dessert wine with vibrant acidity and remarkable depth – ideal with chocolate desserts or mature blue cheese.
