Vinification:
Gentle pressing of the grapes, short maceration for color extraction, temperature-controlled fermentation in stainless steel tanks with pure yeast cultures, aging on fine lees for additional aroma, then filtered and stably bottled.

The Grande Cuvée Rosé "4 mal 5" combines selected grapes into a harmonious composition. The grapes were carefully hand-picked and fermented in temperature-controlled tanks to optimally preserve the fruit aromas. Maturation in stainless steel tanks ensures freshness, clarity, and a juicy structure. The mineral-rich soils lend the wine a delicate spice and lively acidity. An elegant, uncomplicated rosé with excellent drinkability and invigorating freshness, ideal for convivial moments.
