Vinification:
Manual harvesting in the second pass, short maceration of 2–3 hours and gentle pressing. Overnight sedimentation, followed by temperature-controlled fermentation with selected yeasts in stainless steel tanks. Short aging on fine lees and early bottling in February.

Balanced Grüner Veltliner white wine with notes of yellow fruits, spice, and subtle herbal freshness.
