Description
Description
The Grüner Veltliner LÖSS IV Brunnthal 2023 originates from the highest vineyard site in Fels am Wagram. The exposed south-facing slope at an altitude of approximately 300 meters above sea level ensures significant temperature differences, thus contributing to aromatic depth and freshness. The grapes from approximately 45-year-old vines were selectively harvested and processed only at optimal ripeness. After a long maceration period and gentle pressing, fermentation took place in stainless steel tanks and partly in used acacia barrels. Maturation on fine lees for about two months imparts complexity, density, and length to the wine. A powerful, elegant Veltliner with great aging potential.
