The Grüner Veltliner PASSION 2024 is an expressive wine from two different vineyards, which were vinified separately. This selective processing optimally brings out the individual characteristics of their origin. After fermentation, the wine matured on its fine lees for six months, giving it additional creaminess and depth. The majority was aged in stainless steel tanks to preserve freshness and fruit, while a small portion matured in new French oak barrels, providing fine structure and spicy nuances. A complex, harmonious Veltliner with a distinct signature.
