The Grüner Veltliner Ried Eisenhut 1ÖTW 2023 comes from the high-altitude Eisenhut vineyard in Wagram. The grapes were carefully harvested and gently processed, ensuring that the varietal fruit and freshness are clearly preserved. Maturation in stainless steel tanks and partly in wood gives the wine structure, depth, and a lively acidity. The deep loess soils provide minerality, tension, and a long, harmonious finish. A complex, elegant single-vineyard wine with great expression and aging potential.
