Vinification: Selective harvest, whole-bunch pressing, fermentation partly in wooden barrels and partly in stainless steel tanks, followed by 10 months of aging on full lees, gently filtered and bottled.

The Ried Schlossberg Grüner Veltliner 2023 comes from a south-facing, wind-protected high plateau in Kirchberg am Wagram. The deep loess soils and old vines (40–100 years) give the wine special concentration and expressiveness. After selective harvesting, the grapes were whole-bunch pressed and fermented in both wooden barrels and stainless steel tanks. Maturation on full lees for ten months brings depth, structure, and a fine creaminess. A powerful yet elegant Veltliner with a juicy texture, precise minerality, and a long finish.
