Description
Description
The Pinot Blanc "Alte Reben" 2024 originates from an east-facing hillside vineyard on the Rosenweg site in Nussdorf ob der Traisen in Traisental. The vines grow on cool, lean calcareous conglomerate soil, which imparts freshness and minerality to the wine. After a short maceration period, the wine is fermented in large wooden barrels and then aged for six months on fine lees. On the palate, it presents as juicy and fruit-driven with ripe tropical fruit and well-integrated acidity. A versatile, elegant food companion with a delightful drinkability.
