Vinification:
Hand-harvested with selected mash fermentation for 12–15 days. Malolactic fermentation and subsequent aging for approx. 12 months in barriques (Louis Latour).

The Pinot Noir Reserve 2021 comes from the Lösswand vineyard in Fels am Wagram. The south-facing terraced vineyards on deep, calcareous loess offer ideal conditions for this elegant Burgundy. The grapes were selectively harvested and gently fermented on the skins, resulting in an aromatically delicate, light red must. After malolactic fermentation, the wine matured for around 12 months in barriques from "Louis Latour". A filigree yet structured Pinot Noir with juicy fruit, fine spice and harmonious tannins.
