Fermentation took place in stainless steel tanks, maintaining freshness, precision, and a lively acidity structure. On the nose and palate, ripe stone fruit aromas like apricot and peach dominate, complemented by citrus notes and a fine minerality. A refreshing, well-balanced Riesling with clear origins and an elegant finish.
