The 2022 Riesling Ried Heiligenstein comes from the classified 1ÖTW Erste Lage Ried Heiligenstein in Zöbing in the Kamptal. The south- to southwest-facing terraces and the unique geological structure of the site define its mineral and characterful style. The hand-picked grapes were fermented in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks and then aged for nine months in stainless steel. An expressive, dry Riesling with abundant fruit, great richness, cool spice, and a long, tart-fruited finish.
