Hand-picked and whole-bunch pressed. Temperature-controlled fermentation with selected yeasts, followed by one year of aging in stainless steel tanks.

The 2023 Riesling Ried Seeberg comes from the classified 1ÖTW Erste Lage (First Growth) Ried Seeberg near Langenlois. The south to southwest-facing terraces with lime-free brown earth over mica schist and amphibolite lend the wine its fine minerality and clear structure. The hand-picked grapes were whole-bunch pressed, temperature-controlled fermented in stainless steel tanks, and then aged for one year in stainless steel. A dry, straightforward Riesling with fine acidity, cool fruit, and a harmonious, long finish.
