Vinification:
Separate vinification of each grape variety with variety-specific aging. After blending, maturation for approx. 20 months in oak barrels to develop structure, balance, and aromatic depth.

The red wine cuvée AUREGIA originates from sunny vineyards around Fels am Wagram and combines Blaufränkisch, Merlot, and Pinot Noir to create an expressive wine with regional character. The deep loess soils lend the cuvée structure, fruit intensity, and elegance. Each grape variety was vinified separately and then aged according to its specific characteristics. After blending, the wine matured for about 20 months in oak barrels, which gives it additional depth, harmony, and complexity. A multifaceted red wine with powerful fruit, fine spice, and great drinkability.
