Vinification:
Harvested beginning of September, pressed and fermented in stainless steel tanks. Aged on fine lees until mid-March, bottled in April 2025.

The 2024 Weißburgunder Ried Hohe Ried comes from Stützenhofen in the northeastern Weinviertel, near the Czech border. The Hohe Ried vineyard is characterized by deep loam, loess, and a high lime content, which give the wine freshness and structure. After harvesting in early September, the wine was fermented in stainless steel tanks and aged on fine lees until mid-March. On the palate, it is peppery and savory with a delicate grapefruit note and crisp acidity. A delicate, elegant Pinot Blanc with a pronounced northern character.
