The "Vom Gelben Löss" 2023 Pinot Blanc is a characterful village wine from Wagram. The grapes come from calcareous loess slopes around Grossweikersdorf and were organically cultivated. After the harvest in October 2023, fermentation and aging took place in large traditional wooden barrels on the full lees. This aging process lends the wine structure, depth, and a creamy texture.
